The returns policy stipulates that customers are eligible for a refund on purchased products, excluding postage costs, and the return fee is the responsibility of the consumer. To initiate a return, an email must be sent to info@zeenatsbridals.com within 14 days of receiving the product(s), accompanied by proof of purchase. All returned items must remain unopened, unused, and sealed for hygiene purposes, and they should be in a resaleable condition without any damage. Items that have been opened or used are non-refundable unless a defect is present. We conduct thorough checks on all items prior to dispatch to ensure they are in optimal condition. If a defect occurs during transit, photographic and video evidence will be required to process either an exchange or a refund. In the rare instance that an incorrect order is received, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund. The originally received items must be returned to us, and in such cases, we will cover the costs of return and re-delivery.
