Definitions -

"Company" refers to Zeenat Bridal.

"Client" refers to the person making the booking.

"Event Date(s)" refers to the agreed wedding or event date(s).

"Services" refers to bridal makeup, hair styling, and any additional agreed services.

It's the responsibility of the client when booking Zeenat Bridal to understand, agree, and accept responsibility for all booking conditions, including all payments due by specified dates. By proceeding and paying a deposit, you accept that you are entering into a contractual agreement with Zeenat Bridal.

The company agrees to provide the services you have booked with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with the standards expected of a competent professional bridal artist. 

The company does not guarantee identical results where skin type, condition, lighting, or environmental factors differ.

The company agrees to arrive at the agreed location at the pre-confirmed time, subject to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic delays, road closures, accidents, or adverse weather conditions. Clients will be informed of any delays and ETA.

In the unlikely event of delay, the company will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and complete the agreed service(s) within the available time.

• 30% non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit to be paid to secure your booking date.
• 70% of the total cost to be paid no later than 24 hours before your booking date or on booking date, on arrival before the service is to commence. If you are paying in cash on the date(s) of your services this must be made in full prior to the commencement of the service unless agreed otherwise.
• Any outstanding sums not paid within the stated due date(s) will incur interest at the rate of 5%, calculated daily until payment(s) have been received in full.
• The company reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs, including legal fees or debt recovery fees, incurred in recovering unpaid amounts.

• All pre-payments must be made by bank transfer to keep as a record of payment. This applies to all deposits and final payments unless agreed otherwise.
• You will receive a confirmation either by email, text or Whatsapp upon the receipt of your deposit payment.

• All intended items to be worn on the day, including but not limited to, your bridal outfit, jewellery, accessories and footwear are all immediately accessible.
• All tags are to be removed prior to your bridal makeover.
• Independent services, such as but not limited to, manicures, pedicures, mehndi or contact lenses, are done before or after your bridal makeover;
• All payments are made prior to the event day as per payment terms listed.
• Any instructions provided prior to the event are adhered to in full.
• In the instance any instruction cannot be completed, a notice of 7 days must be given;
• Photographers, videographers and any third parties must only enter the treatment area once the makeover is complete, unless otherwise agreed prior to the commencement of the makeover.
• For any special requirements, adjustments or requests, it is your responsibility to have this agreed with Zeenat Bridal at least 14 days prior to the event; and
• It is your responsibility to inform Zeenat Bridal of any skin allergies, concerns or any allergies to makeup products, including but not limited to, perfume, makeup products, prior to the event.

• All packages and discounts only apply at the time of booking and may not apply to any additional services booked later.

• Consultations are subject to the compliance and agreement of the terms outlined in this document.
• Additional travel cost is charged by the mile from (Luton) to wherever you are getting ready on the day and the same for the return journey. Travel costs will include congestion charges and parking fees (where applicable). If the location is more than 3 hours away, accommodation costs may need to be provided by the client. These costs will be informed at the point of quotation. If your arrangements change, and travel is therefore required, these costs will be added to the invoice at the time when the change is made.
• International Bookings will have a fixed rate for the service(s) provided including travel, accommodation and return flight costs.
• Lashes are complimentary and there is no reduction in the price if you decide not to have them.
• Bridesmaid/Family member makeup currently £200 and additional hair styling (for bridesmaid/family member) from £55 (these rates will differ for international bookings.)
• There is a minimum bridal party size of  up to 2 people, including the bride, during busy periods and weekends unless otherwise agreed.
• STAY ON SERVICE ( FOR TOUCH UPS DURING YOUR EVENT FOR BRIDES ONLY) £80 PER HOUR. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE COMPLETE MAKEUP & HAIR CHANGES - PRICE FOR THIS SERVICE UPON REQUEST.
