At Zeenat -Bridal, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping  and returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship Internationally and within the United kingdom.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

• Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times.

Delivery Details

• We use Royal Mail (Tracked & Signed For) as our main delivery partner.

• Delivery usually takes 1–14 working days after dispatch.

• Tracking information will be emailed to you once your parcel is on its way.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. All shipping charges are clearly displayed before payment.

Missed Deliveries & Address Errors

• Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order.

• Zeenat - Bridal is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If your parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, additional charges may apply to re-send it.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items are wrapped with protective materials to minimise damage during transit.

If Your Parcel Is Delayed or Missing

If you haven’t received your order within 1-7 working days for UK orders or 14 working days for international orders, please contact us at:

We will assist you in tracking the parcel and liaising with Royal Mail where necessary.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If an item is returned to us due to failed delivery or uncollected mail, we can:

• Re-ship the item once a redelivery fee has been paid, or

• Refund the item cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or Royal Mail’s terms.

The returns policy stipulates that customers are eligible for a refund on purchased products, excluding postage costs, and the return fee is the responsibility of the consumer. To initiate a return, an email must be sent to info@zeenatsbridals.com within 14 days of receiving the product(s), accompanied by proof of purchase. All returned items must remain unopened, unused, and sealed for hygiene purposes, and they should be in a resaleable condition without any damage. Items that have been opened or used are non-refundable unless a defect is present. We conduct thorough checks on all items prior to dispatch to ensure they are in optimal condition. If a defect occurs during transit, photographic and video evidence will be required to process either an exchange or a refund. In the rare instance that an incorrect order is received, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund. The originally received items must be returned to us, and in such cases, we will cover the costs of return and re-delivery. It is essential to notify us of this situation within 14 days at info@zeenatsbridals.com.
