a. Product Purchases

All product prices are in GBP and include VAT (if applicable). Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

b. Payment Methods

We accept secure online payment via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store card details.

c. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day for UK orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery is via Royal Mail (tracked and signed for). Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened cosmetic products. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with supporting images.
